CHILDREN AND YOUTH PROGRAMS

Empowering Families, Supporting Kids, and Building Mental Health Resilience

At NAMI Blair County, we believe children and teens deserve safe, supportive spaces to explore their emotions, build resilience, and connect with others. Whether you’re a parent, caregiver, educator, or young person—these programs are here to foster understanding, spark healing conversations, and reduce stigma around mental health.

The Power of Creativity

Our free 11-week program empowers families in Blair County and beyond to build strong bonds and nurture open communication through arts, crafts, music, and games. Hosted in a supportive and welcoming environment, this Friday night gathering creates space for children and caregivers to explore emotions, strengthen connection, and simply have fun.

We help:
✔️ Children ages 3–11 and youth over 11 express emotions and feel seen and valued
✔️ Parents and guardians initiate meaningful conversations and create a safe space for their families

🗓 Fridays, 6:00–8:00 PM
