ABOUT NAMI BLAIR COUNTY
Mental Health Support, Education, and Advocacy
We’re the Blair County affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health conditions. Through free support groups, education programs, and community events, we help reduce stigma and build stronger, more informed communities.
Nearly 60 million Americans experience a mental health condition every year. Regardless of race, age, religion, or economic status, mental illness touches the lives of at least one in four adults and one in 10 children across the U.S.
People living with mental illness need help and hope—and most of all, a community that supports them, their families, and their recovery.
Mental illness affects everyone. So do we.
Membership Makes It Possible
You can become a member for as little as $5/year and make a lasting impact. Members receive access to the Advocate magazine, free resources, and a voice in how we serve our community.
All programs are offered to individuals and families regardless of membership status.
